Required Education and Prevention Programs

At Longwood, we pride ourselves on providing an enlightening college experience that demands a safe and healthy student environment.

Students are required to complete several education and prevention trainings before their classes begin.

Not Anymore @ Longwood

Not Anymore @ Longwood refers to our sexual violence and alcohol, and other drug education and prevention programs from Vector Solutions. These online courses are targeted to today's college students and tailored to specific target groups such as student-athletes, international students, graduate students/professional students, and traditional incoming freshmen. Each student is assigned courses that best meet their needs. Students must complete the two courses and pass each post-test with an 80% or above. Each course takes about an hour to complete and can be completed in multiple sessions.

On Watch

On Watch is our required training for all incoming students and is produced by the Safe House Project, https://safehouseproject.org/impact.

The online training will help students recognize the signs of trafficking and learn how to combat it. The course takes about an hour and can be completed in multiple sessions.

Students should expect to receive an invitation to the course from Canvas via their Longwood email, which will take them to the course.
