Students- you are invited to present your research at a state-wide multidisciplinary research conference. 

The Network for Undergraduate Research in Virginia (NURVa) conference is an excellent opportunity for undergraduates in all disciplines to present their research and creative work at a statewide conference. NURVa 2024 Conference

The fifth annual conference will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2024, at Virginia State University in Petersburg, VA. 
 
NURVa invites submissions from undergraduates in all disciplines in the categories of oral presentation (12-minute), poster, or performance. Students are required to submit an abstract (750 words maximum) with one letter of support from a faculty mentor. 
 
The submission deadline is midnight, October 1, 2024. Students can submit their abstracts here: NURVa 2024 Abstract Submission
 
Conference registration for students, which includes lunch, will be paid for by Longwood's Office of Student Research.  Faculty mentors are encouraged to attend.
