Longwood University’s MBA program earned a spot on the College Consensus 2025 list of Most Affordable Online MBA Programs, which highlights the nation’s most cost-effective options for students seeking a high-quality education at a competitive price.

Longwood’s program was noted for offering an exceptional online MBA program that is affordable and flexible, while not compromising on educational excellence. Longwood’s College of Business and Economics is accredited by The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB International). It was the only college or university in Virginia to make the list of 40 AACSB-accredited online MBA programs under $15,000.

“With the rising cost of higher education, it’s critical to identify programs that offer students the best return on investment,” said Tammie Cagle, business and MBA editor at College Consensus, a leading authority in university and business school rankings. “Our goal is to help prospective MBA students find affordable options that do not compromise on quality.”

Longwood’s MBA program offers students a flexible, online learning environment designed to accommodate working professionals balancing career, education and personal commitments. The affordable program focuses on providing practical, in-demand business skills at a fraction of the coast of traditional MBA programs.
