Kathy Hansen Fox ’85 (left) and Debbie Carneal Taylor ’74 (right) recently found out they have something more in common than their Longwood diplomas: their desire to give every family a merry Christmas.
Fox was the 2023 Chesterfield-Colonial Heights Christmas Mother, and Taylor was the Hanover Christmas Mother.
The Christmas Mother program is a nonprofit, charitable organization dedicated to providing food, clothes and toys to those in need during the Christmas season and to making sure no one is forgotten during the holidays.
Fox majored in chemistry at Longwood; Taylor, in health and physical education.
