The Longwood University Department of Music will present a faculty/guest artist concert by Lauretta Werner (Assistant Professor of Strings, violin), Gabrielle Padilla (viola), and Manuel Molina (piano) on Wednesday, September 7th at 7:30p.m. The concert will feature works by Mendelssohn, Mozart, Shostakovich, and Augusta Read Thomas. Free and open to the public, the concert will take place in the Molnar Recital Hall of Wygal Music Building. Parking for the event is available along Race Street, beside Greenwood Library and Bedford Hall.
